Blog Directions and Updates (Please Read [Especially if New or Visiting for the First Time])

I thought I should give you an update and some directions, especially if you've never visited my messy blog.

 * I've updated the background: no more messy lettering, especially if you've been reading this in a mobile/kindle format.

* New Pages! I have two pages with links to help you in navigating this blog.

 Pages:

*Rory's Story Cube Stories: Links on this page will take you to stories I wrote using Rory's Story Cubes for inspiration.

* Drops of Inspira Stories ( In the Works): I've rearranged the parts of "Drops of Inspira" in chronological order so that you can read them as they're meant to be read. (The parts will fluctuate and change as I write more. "Drops of Inspira" is in the planning stage and will continue to grow and change as I write it.)

*Home: To navigate to the home page, click this link. Also, be warned that viewing the home page will take you to everything in the links, but will also place the stories in the incorrect viewing order. To view them in the correct order, select the correct page as advised above.


Footnote:

This all being said, I'm currently working on my main WIP (Work in Progress), currently titled "Sybil's Tale" and so cannot work on "Drops of Inspira" as often as I like.

This is my first time joining the wonderful  Christine Smith  and a bunch of other wonderful writers in her three-month Know the Novel link-up for writers in these final months of the year. Hello, 2022!

  Hello! So, I realize that 2022 began nineteen days ago, but I was waiting for results from a sort of poll I was running on social media. Now that I have the results, I can proceed with this post! Before I reveal any "words of the year" or goals for 2022, let's see how I did for 2021. Read 90 books in 2021? I actually read 100, surpassing my Goodreads Goal by ten books! This has been a number I've been trying to read for at least three years, but I've finally read 100 books in a year! Did I learn to draw a hand? Sadly no. A few months into 2021, I had a whole host of medical tests and drawing went out the window. I would love to start learning to draw again, but I just started a new job so we'll see if and when it will make its appearance in my life again. So, this didn't happen by March of last year, but it did happen. Sirens of Fate , the first book in my Harbinger Trilogy, did go to a developmental editor last year! NaNoWriMo Know the Novel: Introduction

I can't believe it's already this time of the year again. Last year I joined Christine Smith   in her three-month Know the Novel link-up. This link-up starts the month before NaNoWriMo and goes through December. If you've been following this blog for more than a year, you'll recognize this series from last year. If you just started following me or are visiting this blog: Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. This month's theme is Introduction  and sets up the groundwork for what I'm doing today.  I've mentioned Harbinger  before. It's a WIP I've been working on for almost six years now. Over the summer I've decided to split it in three books, so now it's the Harbinger Trilogy. The working title for book one is called Sirens of Fate,  and it's this book I will work on for NaNoWriMo.
